Detailed Conditions of Sale
Whenever a sale takes place, an agreement also comes into force between the purchaser and the seller – irrespective of whether the sale was transacted via the Internet or in a traditional store. There are always rules and regulations that govern such transactions. We tell you these things for your benefit because we want to protect your rights as a consumer. In the following paragraphs you can read about the conditions of sale that govern the operations of Living Word Publication’s Web Shop. Happy Shopping!

Customer Agreement – Living Word Publications
The following conditions govern the relationship between Word of Life Publishing House and its consumers apropos purchases over the Internet:

Registration
A precondition for your being able to purchase products from Living Word Publication’s Web Shop is that your register with its Internet system database. This takes place in conjunction with a sale. To be registered in this system, you must be 18 years old or more.

When you register, you must provide the following information:
- name
- postal address
- telephone number
- email address


Ordering
When ordering products over the Internet, a binding agreement must be in place prior to Living Word Publication’s Web Shop’s confirmation of any order. This confirmation will take place via email.

Confirmation of Order
As soon as you have sent off your order, you will receive an email, which we request you to keep safe. It arrives automatically after a few minutes. Amongst other things, the email contains information concerning which items you have ordered, the number of items ordered, the unit price and the total value of the order. It also contains the delivery address. We recommend you print out that email as a reminder-note for yourself.

Unfortunately, we cannot add, change or remove items after an order has been agreed. If you want to add more items, we must ask you to make out a new, separate order.

Fraudulent Orders will be reported to the Police.
All fraudulent orders will be reported to the authorities.


Delivery
Normal delivery period for ordered goods is 10 working days.

Products are normally delivered as letter mail or packets direct to the consumer.

Living Word Publications takes no responsibility for any indirect injuries or losses claimed to have been on account of non-deliveries.

Rights to Return, Exchange or Refund
Living Word Publications appropriates “Distansavtalslagen” - “The Law of Remote Contract” (2000:274), which provides a 14-day grace period. If you want to return the goods, exchange them and/or recieve a refund, then you must contact the Living Word Publications Customer Service department – phone : 011-43061711,011-4306174 to receive information on how you go about this. Note, return freight costs will be at the customer’s expense.

When returning or exchanging goods, we require that the items have not been used and that they be returned in the original, unbroken packaging, together with the original receipt and/or delivery note. Goods stored in sealed packages, as well as CD’s will not be exchanged if the packaging has been broken. Packets sent to Word of Life Publishing House arriving in such a fashion as to be not in accordance with instructions given by Living Word Publications Customer Service department will not be accepted. This will also apply to any packet sent to Living Word Publications without prior contact with its Customer Service department.

Claims
In the event of incorrect delivery, ie delivery of:
- Incorrect goods
- Incorrect numbers of items
- Damaged goods
- Defective goods
…the customer should immediately contact Living Word Publications via email or telephone and notify the error no later than 10 days after the goods have been received. Living Word Publications will then immediately ship a “freight-paid” label to the customer so that they may return the incorrect goods cost-free. Any outlay by the customer for return freight – using the cheapest alternative – via post or vehicle will be repaid as soon as the goods are received by us and the claim is approved. Replacement delivery will, naturally be made at no cost to you. The customer may not return the goods post pre-paid. Goods returned as post pre-paid or COD will not be accepted by Living Word Publications.

If any goods have been damaged in transit, your Postal Service should be contacted as soon as possible after you have determined the extent of the damage. If the damage is immediately visible notification should be made upon receipt of the product and no later than 7 days later after its receipt.

Charges for non-collected/unredeemed items
Should a package be returned to us which has not be collected/redeemed from the local Postal service, then we retain the right to debit the customer for all costs incurred in connection with such a return (not less than 75 Swedish kronor, or local equivalent). These costs are to be met within 20 days calculated from the original invoice date.

Invoice
Save the invoice accompanying your delivery. It is your evidence of receipt.

Miscellaneous
Outside of all previously expressed conditions, Word of Life Publishing House takes no responsibility whatsoever for 3rd-party delays or mistakes and is not answerable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by its customers.

Word of Life Publishing House takes upon itself responsibility for any damage or loss of goods in transit from Word of Life Publishing House to the customer. However, for goods returned or claims made, the customer shall be responsible for any damage or loss of goods experienced in transit from the customer to Word of Life Publishing House Service department or its authorized officer.

Price details found at http://webshop.ulfekman.org are also subject to amendment on account of technical and/or typographical error, and equally during sell-outs.

In the event of dispute, Word of Life Publishing House claims its rights under “Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens” – General Conditions for Claims.
