1. Select the Product you want
There are several different ways to locate what you’re looking for in our shop:
- Search by selecting a category from the homepage. When you select a category, a list pops up containing all the products that belong to that category. For many of these categories, a “tree” will appear displaying several sub-categories – this is to assist you in more easily locating what you’re after.
- Search for the product by subject matter.
- Use the search feature. Here, you can enter a word from a title or the author’s name. You can also make use of the search box advanced features, whereby you enter several parameters at once to locate your product/s.
2. Put the Product into your Shopping Cart.
When you’ve located the product you want, enter the number of units you wish to buy and click on the cart symbol, “Buy”. Repeat steps one and two until you’ve located everything you want to buy. And then it’s time for Step #3.
You’re always able to see which products you’ve picked and how much your order is now worth by looking in your shopping cart. You can do this by clicking on the shopping cart symbol in the left margin, beneath the categories’ area.
3. Advance to the Cash Register
You can choose to advance to the payment through paypal to complete your sale at any time during the selecting/adding to cart process.
At this point, you’ll need to go through a couple more simple steps to ensure that your products arrive at the right place and that your payment gets to us.
Step #1 – Choose your Method of Payment
This is where you enter how you’re going to pay. We can offer you several different options. Right now, we accept paypal which accepts MasterCard, Visa or Amex (if you’re paying by card).
Step #2 – Customer Information
Now we need a bit more information about you to make sure that payment and delivery of your purchases will not go astray. This is where you enter your personal details, such as name, address, telephone number and any special delivery instructions. Perhaps, you’ve shopped with us before and now you’ve logged in as an established customer. In that case, the window labelled, “Customer Details” will display the address details it finds in your Customer Profile. If you notice any mistakes in these details, click on the “My Profile” button found alongside your details. Then you’ll be able to make whatever amendments are needed. If you’re not already logged in, then you have to indicate whether you are an “Existing Customer” or a “New Customer”. And now, we’ll describe these two alternatives.
“Existing Customer”
If you’ve shopped in the Web Shop before and you saved your details together with your User Name and Password, you are an “Existing Customer” and so all you need to do is to click on that button. Then up will come two text fields into which you enter the User Name and Password you gave when you registered your details before. If you’ve forgotten either of these, you can click on “Forgotten your Password?”. Then, a new window pops up into which you enter your email address, and then you can click on “Send”. We’ll send you an email containing the User Name and Password connected with that email address.
“New Customer”
If you haven’t shopped with us before or you chose not to save your details when you did, then there’ll be no information about you in our system. So, choose “New Customer” and then a number of new fields will appear on the screen. Fill these in so we can send your goods to you.
When you’ve finished filling in your personal details, click “Continue” and a new page will be displayed.
Purchase Complete
Now you’ve gone through the entire process and reached a page where you see a receipt for your purchase. It’s a good idea to print this out and save it. In a couple of minutes you’ll also receive a receipt/confirmation of your order at the email address you provided earlier.
We normally require between 5-7 working days for picking and delivery from the date of your order.
